“Promised Land” Power Bars: PLPBs

Promise Life Power Bars
  • 4 Cups Quick Cook Oats (add 3 Tablespoons flax seed for extra nutritional value)
  • 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Flaked Coconut (unsweetened if possible, but works either way)
  • 3/4 Cup butter, melted (can also use 1/2 C butter, 1/4 C margarine)
  • 3/4 Cup Orange Marmalade

Mix all ingredients together. Press into regular 9×13 cake pan, or smaller pan if you want them thicker. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
